Introduction

This DPA outlines the terms under which Fuel Gaming processes personal data on behalf of our subscribers.

Data Processing

Fuel Gaming commits to processing data in accordance with the subscriber's instructions and for the agreed-upon purposes, such as providing subscribed services and promotional activities.

Data Protection

Fuel Gaming implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Sub-Processors

Fuel Gaming may use third-party sub-processors to process personal data. We ensure all sub-processors are compliant with data protection laws and this DPA.

Data Subject Rights

Subscribers have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data as provided under applicable data protection laws.

Termination

Upon termination of the services, Fuel Gaming will delete or return personal data to the subscriber, unless required to retain it by law.
